Edited the "Working" section for clarity and accuracy. Made the following changes:

1. Corrected spelling errors
2. Corrected punctuation errors (particularly "ALT's" -> ALTs) [Get a grammar book!]
3. Changed "responsible" to "place," "placed." No ALT is "responsible" for much.
4. Changed "dispatch" to "place," "sent," or "service" as appropriate.
5. Changed "dispatch" to "work consignment" regarding Interac. [This is the correct term for 業務委託, as "dispatch" would be 派遣, and thereby incorrect.]
6. Removed personal remarks about how a particular school treats an ALT. If there is a concrete example that follows rules of evidence then please post it, otherwise, please do not post rumor or hearsay.
7. Removed speculation about the future ALT situation.
8. Generally cleaned up the section for readability.
9. Changed "Working" to "Working in Public Education."
