At the moment, because of my complete lack of artistic skill, I'm just taking public domain images from other websites and placing the relevant words underneath in a graphics program. Some of them turn out quite nicely but others are a bit plain. One problem is that public domain images tend to be of the objects only, rather than a human actor with them. I think the effect is much better with a cartoon character doing the action in question. Compare this file with this:

If anybody has any artistic skill at drawing cartoon characters, it would be wonderful to have our own set of flashcards which would stand out a little more than the ones on offer now... Bobo12345 09:54, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
